Encore Theatre’s mission is to provide high quality theatre to Houstonians and Texans, especially to the economically disenfranchised who also deserve to know the joy and beauty of theatre.

 

 

Founded in 1993,     The Encore Theatre Houston has been providing original theatre to the Houston community.  Our talented writers, directors, and actors have given laughter, thought provoking dialog, and many memorable performances.  We are a 501.C3 not for profit organization and focus on African American theatrical works as well as the classics and contemporary work.  Won’t you make a donation today?  Or better yet, get involved.
